Starting point
A group specialising in occupational medicine and safety (≈ 1,300 employees, 92 sites) was losing tenders because digital processes, IT security and interfaces were not met; high technical debt, outdated systems and unprofessional IT structures.
Approach
- Built and executed a customer- and market-effective IT, cloud and IT security strategy
- Implemented Microsoft 365 group-wide — incl. group works agreement and data protection impact assessment
- Built IT controlling, asset management, a PMO and group-wide project portfolio management
- Delivered site data lines and security networks across all 92 sites
- Designed and started the ERP migration (Navision to Business Central)

- Fully automated digital revenue generation established in the cloud
- Standardised customer platforms built for key accounts
- ISO 27001 certification prepared — tender eligibility restored
