2StabilisationMonths 1–3

Stabilise first, then transform

Quick wins in 30–60 days, restoring IT service capability, addressing critical risks. Trust is built through visible, fast impact.

3TransformationMonths 3–12+

Realign structurally

Strategic realignment, migrations, organisational redesign. This is where the real value is created — on a stable foundation.

4Knowledge transfer & exitLast 2–3 months

Become dispensable — by design

Recruit and onboard the successor, hand over the roadmap, ensure documentation. The mandate ends, the impact remains.

5Fractional supportoptional after exit

Transition to part-time

If needed, I support the transition as fractional CIO at 1–3 days per week — until the organisation stands fully on its own.
